The hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay for families.

We felt so welcome during our stay, and there was nothing to complain about.

The traditional restaurant is nice place to hang out, for food and coffee.

Luxurious place to stay, plus it was fairly clean. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a main gate.

It is also close to City Hall and several main attractions, allowing for a hassle-free sightseeing experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff is attentive and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delicious and filling.

One downside is that the hotel's heating system was set to warming only during the winter season, making it difficult to regulate the room temperature.

Loved this place, it was clean and had great location and staff. I was here for 7 nights and ate at traditional restaurant for food and coffee.

I had a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel! The location was perfect, right near the subway station and within easy reach of all the attractions in the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I particularly appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel also had great facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and fitness center, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Perfect location, the restaurant was good and the service was very good. Its staff were knowledgeable. They had an early check-in too. There were a market and convenience stores around the hotel. And spring was only 1 km from the accommodation👍

We were able to get around Seoul easily since it was right next to City Hall station. The room was a good size and the shower was great. Despite the electricity cutting off a few times, the maintenance man was able to fix it. I recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel was superb! It was just a short walk from the major attractions and the train station was conveniently close by. the staff at the front desk were friendly and always ready to help. the room itself was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was tidy with good shower pressure. Plus, the gym had great equipment for a quick workout.

The restaurant staff were quite unprofessional. They didn't greet or have basic etiquette, making the dining experience a bit disappointing.

The ability to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out was a major plus. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, and our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool.

Our stay at Ena Suite Hotel Namdaemun was exceptional. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from City Hall subway station and close to popular attractions like NAMDAEMOON and MYUNGDONG. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and provided great customer service, assisting us with making bookings and reservations. Despite a few minor inconveniences such as a small lobby and no coffee shop in the hotel, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Seoul.

This hotel's location allowed us to walk to many attractions and restaurants, and it's very close to City Hall metro station. We loved the convenience of having a convenience store just a short walk away. Our room was always clean and featured a large shower unit and other fancy amenities. The reception staff was cordial and knowledgeable, ensuring our stay was enjoyable.

Although the staff tried their best to communicate with us, their English language skills were limited.
